You may return mirrors within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the mirror is unused and in original packaging. Custom-made mirrors cannot be returned unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned mirror, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We accept exchanges for different styles or sizes within 14 days. The mirror must meet all return conditions. Contact us before returning. Price differences may apply.
If your mirror arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. Provide photographs of damage and packaging. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost, including return shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mirror is damaged or defective. We recommend insured shipping with tracking. Radiantcartilage is not responsible for mirrors damaged during return transit.
Custom-made mirrors and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or do not match agreed specifications. We provide detailed previews before production.
Standard returns have no restocking fees. However, if a mirror is returned without original packaging or shows installation attempts, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
